Clarke Big Mouth Pad Holder Lock for the Ultra Speed Pro 1500 Burnisher, VF99003A
(855) 601-5678 · support@oneupcleaning.com
On the Clarke Ultra Speed Pro 1500, the burnishing pad is held to the pad holder by the Big Mouth: a two-part center lock that screws together through the pad's center hole. It's the piece you handle at every pad change, so it's also the piece that gets dropped, cross-threaded or lost in a janitor's closet.
Without it, the pad can't be secured and the burnisher can't run. Keep a spare on the cart and a missing lock never stops a shift.
Made for the Pro 1500 pad holder. The center lock listed in the Pro 1500 parts manual.
Tool-free. Screws in and out by hand at every pad change.
Low cost insurance. A spare lock costs a fraction of a lost shift.
Unplug the machine, set the handle upright and tilt the machine back until the handle rests on the floor. Unscrew the male end of the Big Mouth from the pad holder, place the pad on the holder, push the male end through the pad's center hole and tighten it firmly into the holder. Set the machine back upright before you plug it in. If the holder itself is cracked or worn, the Clarke VF99024 20-inch pad holder is sold separately.
