NaceCare Premium Pad Holder A0011 for the NA 20SS Floor Machine, 20"
(855) 601-5678 · support@oneupcleaning.com
The pad holder is what turns the NA 20SS into a scrubbing, stripping or spray-buffing machine. A0011 is NaceCare's premium double-hook holder: two rings of hooks grip a 20-inch pad firmly, so it stays centered at 175 rpm instead of walking off the driver.
It has a built-in riser so the pad sits flat and the edge doesn't scuff baseboards, and a shower-feed design that lets solution from the tank flow through to the pad. It twist-locks onto the machine's standard clutch plate.
Most "the machine is hard to control" complaints on a floor buffer come from a worn or cheap pad holder, not the machine. A holder that grips unevenly makes the machine pull and hop. A good double-hook holder runs flat and calm, which a new operator notices right away.
Keep a second holder on the cart if you switch between stripping and buffing pads. Swapping holders takes seconds; peeling a stuck pad off hooks does not.
The NA 20SS is also sold with this holder already in the box (the premium pad holder version), which is the cheaper route if you haven't bought the machine yet. For carpet shampooing and heavy scrubbing with a brush instead of a pad, see the A0003 poly scrub brush.
