These are the genuine HepaFlo bags for NaceCare's backpack vacuums: the corded RSV 150 and RSV 150H and the cordless RBV 150NX and RBV 150NXH. They're sized for the 1.5 gallon backpack drum.

Each bag has three layers of filter media and a self-seal tab, so a full bag comes off the operator's back sealed and goes straight in the trash. A pack holds 10 bags. Crews running a few backpacks every night usually keep 3 or 5 packs on the shelf.
