NaceCare TGB 516NX Squeegee Blades and Squeegee Assembly

The squeegee is what leaves your floor dry. When the rear blade wears round or nicks, your TGB 516NX starts leaving water trails, and that wet streak is a slip hazard when the doors open in the morning.
Choose the blade set to refresh a squeegee that's in good shape, or the complete assembly if the frame is bent or cracked.
Blade set (903531). Front and rear green polyurethane blades. The cheapest part on the scrubber to replace, and the one that makes the most visible difference.
Complete assembly (903532). The complete curved squeegee assembly, with blades fitted. Replace it when a run-in with a doorframe or a pallet bends the frame, because new blades on a bent frame still leave water behind.
Many squeegee blades can be flipped or turned to a fresh edge. When the working edge wears round, check whether yours can before you buy new ones.
If you still see water trails with fresh blades, check the squeegee for a bent frame, a clogged pickup or a split vacuum hose before blaming the blades. Not sure which you need? Send us a photo of the squeegee, or call (855) 601-5678.

Water trails or streaks behind the machine, especially on the turns, usually mean a worn or nicked rear blade. If your blades can be flipped or turned, try a fresh edge first; replace the set when the edges are worn.
The blade set if the squeegee frame is straight and only the blades are worn. The complete assembly if the frame is bent or cracked, or the wheels are damaged. It comes with blades fitted.
