NaceCare 18270E Hard Floor Squeegee for AV 12QX and AV 18SX Carpet Extractors

Lobbies with carpet in the middle and tile around the edges. Hotel corridors that end in LVT elevator landings. With the NaceCare 18270E hard floor squeegee, your AV 12QX or AV 18SX picks up solution from hard floors too, so one machine cleans both.
Remove the carpet shoe, fit the squeegee and lower the brush housing to its lowest setting. Then clean the same way you clean carpet.
NaceCare AV 12QX walk-behind
NaceCare AV 18SX walk-behind
NaceCare's price list doesn't show it for the self-propelled AV 18AX. Not sure which one fits your machine? Send us the model, or call (855) 601-5678, and we'll check it for you.
It's a lot of money for a squeegee, and for a building that's mostly hard floor, an auto scrubber is the better tool. Where it pays off is mixed floors: you clean the carpet and the tile in the same shift without bringing a second machine.
Use a neutral hard floor cleaner, keep the spray light and don't use a hard floor brush on carpet. It's too aggressive and can damage the fibers.

Remove the carpet shoe, fit the squeegee and lower the brush housing to its lowest setting. Use a neutral cleaner and a light spray.
For mixed carpet and hard floor areas, it saves bringing a second machine. For buildings that are mostly hard floor, an auto scrubber cleans faster and leaves the floor drier.
