NaceCare CRQ 370 Clean Room Vacuum: ISO Class 5 Filtration With Two H13 HEPA Filters

In a compounding pharmacy or an electronics cleanroom, an ordinary vacuum is part of the problem. It picks up the dust and then blows the finest particles back out through the exhaust. The NaceCare CRQ 370 clean room vacuum filters the air twice, with one H13 HEPA filter on the intake and another on the exhaust.

NaceCare rates it to ISO 14644-1 Class 5 and FED STD 209E Class 100, with 5-stage filtration tested to EN 1822. It runs NaceCare's 680-watt long-life motor at just 49 dB(A), holds 2.6 gallons and has an all-steel motor head.

The Owner's Insights on the CRQ 370

The CRQ 370 is for rooms with a particle count to protect: cleanrooms, compounding pharmacies, labs, electronics and medical device assembly, and sterile processing. Its job is to leave the air cleaner than it found it, which is why both the intake and the exhaust carry an H13 filter and both have caps for transport.

Three honest notes. The 2.6-gallon tank is small, because the machine is built around filtration, not capacity. Numatic's manual says it isn't for hazardous or explosive dust. And it's one part of your contamination control, not a certificate for your room: check it against your own SOPs. NaceCare's spec sheet also lists clean-room tools such as pipe tools and rubber nozzles, sold separately. Ask us if you need them.

Why You'll Love the CRQ 370 Cleanroom Vacuum

  • Two H13 HEPA filters. One on the intake air, one on the exhaust.

  • 5-stage filtration tested to EN 1822. The European standard for testing HEPA filters.

  • ISO 14644-1 Class 5, FED STD 209E Class 100. Cleanroom ratings, per NaceCare.

  • All-steel motor head. Built for daily professional use.

  • Triple-layer HepaFlo bags. Dust stays sealed when you empty the machine.

  • Caps on the tank and exhaust filter. Seal the machine before you move it between rooms.

  • 49 dB(A). Quiet enough to run beside people at work.

CRQ 370 or Another HEPA Vacuum?

Fine dust from maintenance or renovation, not a cleanroom? The NaceCare TEL 390 has certified HEPA filtration and a 4.5-gallon tank for $400 less.

Need it cordless? The NBV 240NXH has certified HEPA filtration on a lithium battery, for $380 more. Not sure which your room needs? Call (855) 601-5678 and we'll help you check it against your protocol.

Why You Should Consider a NaceCare Vacuum

Frequently Asked Questions

What cleanroom class does the CRQ 370 meet?

NaceCare rates it to BS EN ISO 14644-1 Class 5 and FED STD 209E Class 100 (M2.5), with 5-stage filtration tested to EN 1822.

Why two HEPA filters?

One H13 filter cleans the air coming in, before it reaches the motor, and the second cleans the exhaust, so the vacuum doesn't put particles back into the room.

Can I use it for hazardous dust?

No. Numatic's owner manual says the CRQ series isn't suitable for hazardous or explosive dust. Use a vacuum certified for that hazard.

Which bags does it use?

NVM 2BH triple-layer HepaFlo bags (604016, pack of 10). Use NaceCare HepaFlo bags to keep the 5-year motor warranty.

Does it come with clean-room tools?

NaceCare's spec sheet lists clean-room tools that fit it, such as pipe tools, rubber nozzles, a flexible crevice tool and a multi-angle tool. They're sold separately, so call us and we'll add what you need to your order.

How loud is it?

49 dB(A), quieter than normal conversation.

Can it pick up liquids?

No. The CRQ 370 is a dry vacuum.

What warranty does the CRQ 370 have?

NaceCare's 2025 US warranty for canister vacuums: 10 years on the tank, 5 years on the motor with NaceCare HepaFlo bags (2 years without), and 2 years on switches, electrical parts and labor.
