NaceCare TEL 390 / TEL 320 Certified HEPA Fine Dust Vacuum, L-Class
(855) 601-5678 · support@oneupcleaning.com
Your maintenance crew is cutting drywall to add a door in a school that's still in session. A regular vacuum picks up the chunks and blows the finest dust right back into the hallway. The NaceCare TEL 390 and TEL 320 are certified HEPA canister vacuums that filter to 0.3 micron at 99.97% efficiency, so that dust stays in the machine.
Both run NaceCare's 680-watt motor rated for 2,250+ hours, with 120 cfm, 100 inches of water lift and just 49 dB(A). The TEL 390 holds 4.5 gallons and rolls on large all-terrain rear wheels with a pull handle. The TEL 320 is the compact 4-gallon version at 15 lbs.
One thing you need to know before you buy. NaceCare's TEL 390 spec sheet says it's certified for asbestos and other hazardous dust. Numatic's owner manual for the same machine is stricter: it's labeled L-Class and says it isn't suitable for picking up hazardous or explosive dust. We go by the manual.
So use the TEL for drywall, plaster, wood and concrete dust from everyday maintenance and renovation work, and for fine dust in schools, offices and clinics. Don't use it for asbestos abatement, lead paint removal or regulated silica work. Those jobs need a vacuum certified for that hazard and whatever your abatement plan requires. Not sure which side of the line your job falls on? Call us before you buy.
Certified HEPA filter. 0.3 micron at 99.97% efficiency, so fine dust stays inside.
680 W motor, 2,250+ hours. Over double the industry standard, according to NaceCare.
49 dB(A). Quiet enough to run in an occupied building.
Large all-terrain rear wheels (TEL 390). Rolls over thresholds, cords and jobsite debris.
Pull handle (TEL 390). Drag it between rooms instead of carrying it.
HepaFlo bags. Triple-layer bags keep the dust sealed when you empty it.
33-foot cord. Reaches across most rooms from one outlet.
Both share the motor, the certified HEPA filter, the bags and the noise level. The differences are the body.
TEL 390: 4.5-gallon structural foam tank, large all-terrain rear wheels, pull handle and an optional storage caddy, 18 lbs. Pick it for jobsites, workshops and long moves between rooms.
TEL 320: 4-gallon polypropylene tank, 15 lbs, and $100 less. Pick it for indoor work where you carry the vacuum more than you roll it.
Clean rooms, labs or pharmacy? The NaceCare CRQ 370 has two H13 HEPA filters and meets ISO Class 5 cleanroom filtration, for $400 more than the TEL 390.
No outlets nearby? The cordless NBV 240NXH has certified HEPA filtration on a lithium battery, for $780 more.
Stairs and theater seating? The RSV 150H HEPA backpack is $799. Browse every type in our commercial vacuums collection.
NaceCare is Numatic's North American distributor, and Numatic has built its tub vacuums in England for decades, so bags, HEPA filters and parts stay easy to get. The TEL carries NaceCare's 2025 US warranty for canister vacuums: 10 years on the tank, 5 years on the motor with NaceCare HepaFlo bags (2 years without), and 2 years on electrical parts and labor. We're an authorized NaceCare retailer, so that warranty comes with every machine. Found a lower price? Call or message us and we'll beat it.

Yes. NaceCare rates its filtration as certified HEPA, 0.3 micron at 99.97% efficiency.
We don't recommend it. NaceCare's spec sheet says the TEL 390 is certified for asbestos and hazardous dust, but Numatic's owner manual labels it L-Class and says it isn't suitable for hazardous or explosive dust. For abatement, lead paint or regulated silica work, use a vacuum certified for that hazard and follow your abatement plan.
Same motor, HEPA filter and bags. The TEL 390 has a 4.5-gallon structural foam tank, large all-terrain rear wheels and a pull handle at 18 lbs. The TEL 320 is a compact 4-gallon, 15 lb version for $100 less.
NVM 2BH HepaFlo bags (604016, pack of 10) and HEPA filter 908549. Use NaceCare HepaFlo bags to keep the 5-year motor warranty.
Numatic's TEL 390 manual lists the AS10 kit: a hose, two stainless extension tubes and a bend, a dry floor brush, a floor tool, a crevice tool, a dusting brush and an upholstery tool. Call us if you need a specific tool with your order.
49 dB(A), quieter than normal conversation, so it works in occupied schools and offices.
No. The TEL 390 and TEL 320 are dry vacuums.
