The Therma-Steem Industrial 400 ships with a 15 ft stainless steel steam hose and trigger gun, and the XL Series ships with the 25 ft version. These are the same genuine Therma-Kleen assemblies, sold as replacements, as a second hose so two people can work from separate machines with the same setup, or as an upgrade when 15 ft doesn't reach the far end of a line.
Pick the hose with gun if you're replacing the whole assembly, or the hose only if your gun is still in good shape. The trigger gun is also sold on its own.
The 15 ft hose is the Industrial 400's standard length and the easier one to handle around a kitchen or a small production area. The 25 ft hose is the XL's standard length and covers long conveyors, large equipment and vehicles without moving the machine as often. Either length fits either machine.
Therma-Kleen's maintenance guidance for the stainless steam hose:
Don't bend it tighter than a 2 in radius. Damage from tight bends or excess wear isn't covered by the warranty.
Never pull or move the machine by the hose, and don't use a damaged hose.
Inspect the hose and its cover regularly.
Matched to the machine. The same hose and gun Therma-Kleen fits at the factory on the 400 and XL.
Protects your warranty. Therma-Kleen's warranty excludes damage from parts or accessories that aren't from Therma-Kleen or approved by it.

Therma-Kleen lists the trigger gun for the Industrial 400 and the XL1. If you run an XL2 or XL3, send us the serial number and we'll confirm the gun with Therma-Kleen before you order. The hoses fit the Industrial 400 and all three XL models.
