Tornado® Side Brush for Vortex 18 CRB Floor Scrubber

Your Tornado Vortex 18 covers open floor fast, but its two cylindrical brushes stop just short of the wall. That last strip along the baseboard is usually where someone ends up scrubbing by hand at the end of the shift.

The 93094 side brush takes care of that strip. It mounts on the front brush shaft behind its own shield, so it turns with the front brush and scrubs the edges and corners along the wall as you go. Less hand detailing, and less strain on your crew's backs.

One honest note from the manual: only use the side brush in rooms with baseboards (mop boards). Without them, your walls will get dirty.

Running the smaller machine? The Vortex 13 takes a different part, the 93049 side brush for the Vortex 13.

You can also expand your Vortex 18 Scrubber's capabilities by adding specialized brush sets. These are the four options available:

• Soft bristle (for gentle cleaning, suited for surfaces like Sport Courts, Wood floors, Rubber mats, Marble, Carpet and others)

• Hard bristle (for more intensive cleaning of hard surfaces)

• Standard bristle (already included with your machine)

• Escalator cleaning brush (the separated rows of bristles are optimized to clean escalators and travelators)
