Tornado® Side Brush for Vortex 13 CRB Floor Scrubber

Your Tornado Vortex 13 cleans open floor in one low-moisture pass, but its two cylindrical brushes stop just short of the wall. That last strip along the baseboard is usually where someone ends up on their knees with a hand brush at the end of the shift.

The 93049 side brush takes care of that strip. It mounts on the front brush shaft behind its own shield, so it turns with the front brush and scrubs the edges and corners along the wall as you go. Less hand detailing, and cleaner lines along the walls your clients actually look at.

Installation is quick. Per Tornado's manual: unplug the machine, pull the front brush and shaft, fit the shield to the side plate, then slide the side brush shaft through the shield and the main brush. The full instructions are in the manual below.

One honest note from the manual: only use the side brush in rooms with baseboards (mop boards). Without them, your walls will get dirty. Use it for edges and corners, and tilt the machine slightly so the rear brush collects the dirty water.
