On the single motor Clarke CarpetMaster 112 and 115, one 1,000 W motor makes the suction and turns the brush through toothed belts. This is Nilfisk's genuine drive belt kit for those two machines.

As shown in Nilfisk's kit photo, it comes with two toothed drive belts plus the drive gear, washer and nut, so the whole drive is refreshed in one job. It does not fit the dual motor 212, 215 or 218, which use kit 147 0905 510.


The Owner's Insights on the Belt Kit

If the motor runs normally but the brush slows down on carpet or stops turning, check the brush first: unlock it, pull it out and clear any string or hair wrapped around it. If the brush spins freely by hand and still doesn't turn under power, the belts are the usual suspect.

Clarke's 100 series brochure covers motors and belts for 2 years, so on a newer machine ask for warranty before you buy. Clarke's operator manual doesn't include belt replacement steps, so if you're not comfortable opening the base, a service shop can fit the kit. Send us your model and serial and we'll confirm the kit before you order.
