It has a 1,200 W, 10 amp motor with 110 inches of water lift and 130 cfm, 5-stage filtration with a HEPA bag, the CRI Gold Seal and a 50 ft cord, and it runs at 62 dBA. The back panel has active cooling that pulls warm air away from your back, and the tools ride on the belt.
I'd pick the BP10P over the 6 quart BP6S for big buildings and long shifts: schools, office towers, airports, arenas. The extra 4 quarts mean fewer bag changes, and the telescoping wand sets to the cleaner's height, so tall and short people both work standing up straight. The stretch hose earns its keep on stairs and under furniture, where a fixed hose keeps pulling at you.
Two honest notes. It's about a pound heavier on your back than the BP6S, so if your crew does short routes, the BP6S is the lighter and cheaper choice. And like every corded backpack, it's dry pickup only and you manage a cord. If outlets are far apart, look at the cordless Comfort Pro Freedom.
