One honest note on runtime. Fas-Trak's product sheet rates a battery at 1.5 hours of consistent runtime, while its website quotes 3 to 4 hours. I'd plan around the sheet. At 1.5 hours, you're still looking at roughly 19,000 to 26,000 square feet per charge, and a second battery swaps in for longer routes.

How to Get the Most Out of the Fas-Vac
Pick up anything large first, like cups, cords and packaging, since no vacuum likes eating those. Set the brush height with the pedal to match the floor, then walk the room in straight, slightly overlapping lanes. Wide machines pay off on long runs, so plan your lanes along the longest side of the room.
Charge overnight. Fas-Trak says a full charge takes about 4 hours. If your route runs longer than one battery, keep a second one charged and swap it in.
Is the Fas-Vac Right for You?
It fits you best in schools and universities, airports, convention centers, hotel ballrooms, churches, retail stores, hospitals and open offices, anywhere with large runs of carpet or hard floor and not much time to cover them. Cleaning contractors with big accounts get the most out of it.
It's the wrong tool for small offices packed with furniture. There, a backpack vacuum or an upright gets into more places. It's also a dry vacuum only. It won't pick up liquids, and it doesn't replace periodic carpet extraction.

Change the filter bag before it's packed full, since a stuffed bag cuts airflow and pickup. Check the brush for wrapped string and hair every week or so.
