The Pad Holder That Drives Your CA60's Floor Pads

Every floor pad on your Clarke CA60 20D or 20TD rides on this pad holder. Its gripper face holds a standard 20-inch pad flat against the floor, and the center lock keeps the pad from walking off the holder while it spins. When the face wears smooth, pads start to slip and scrub unevenly, and that's the time to replace it.

VS13777 is the "pad holder 19 complete" in the CA60 disc deck parts list, so it's the holder Clarke designed for these machines. A second one also lets you keep two pad colors ready, for example a red pad for nightly scrubbing and a black pad for stripping, and swap them in seconds.

How to Fit the Pad Holder

Center a 20-inch pad on the holder and lock it with the center lock. With the deck raised, slide the holder under the deck, lift it to engage the hub and turn it clockwise as seen from above. Lower the deck, press the OneTouch scrub button and hold one of the brush switches for half a second, and the machine seats it. To remove it, raise the deck and press the brush release button. The steps are in the CA60 Use and Care guide. Pad holders are wear items and aren't covered by Nilfisk's machine warranty.
