NaceCare NC 4 32" Manual Push Sweeper with Dust Control

Sawdust in the workshop, sand tracked into the garage, grit along the loading dock. A push broom gets most of it, and throws the fine stuff back into the air. The NaceCare NC 4 manual floor sweeper clears a 32-inch path with a main broom and two side brooms, and a fan turned by the wheels pulls the dust through a cartridge filter so it stays in the 10-gallon hopper.
There's no battery to charge and no motor to service. You push, and the brooms and fan run off the wheels. A steel chassis, impact-resistant housing and a swivel caster make it easy to steer around racks, benches and parked cars.
Most manual sweepers are a broom in a box. The NC 4 is different because of the fan and filter. Without them, a push sweeper leaves a fine film of dust behind, which matters in a shop, a showroom or anywhere near stock. With them, the dust ends up in the hopper, and the filter shaker cleans it in a few seconds.
A few honest notes. Like any manual sweeper, it sweeps best at a steady walking pace, because the wheels drive the brooms and the fan. It's made for dry debris, not wet leaves or puddles. And it's a step up in price from a basic push sweeper, so if you only sweep a sidewalk now and then, the NC 3 or a basic model will do. For daily sweeping of a workshop, garage or small warehouse, the dust control earns its keep.
Dust control without a battery. A fan driven by the wheels pulls dust through a cartridge filter and into the hopper.
32-inch sweeping path. An 18-inch main broom plus two side brooms that pull debris out of corners and along walls.
10-gallon hopper. Lifts out by its handle so you can dump it straight into a bin.
Built-in filter shaker. Knock the filter clean in seconds before you empty the hopper.
Adjustable broom height. Set the brooms for smooth concrete, rough pavement or carpet, and adjust them as the bristles wear.
Nothing to charge. No battery, no cord and no motor, so it's ready whenever you are.
A manual sweeper costs a fraction of a battery model and never needs charging. The tradeoff is that your walking pace drives the brooms, so it slows down when you do. That's fine for workshops, garages, sidewalks and small warehouses swept once a day.
Once the floor gets past roughly 20,000 sq ft, or you sweep it every shift, a battery sweeper starts to pay for itself in labor. The NC 5 runs its brushes and fan off a battery for up to 3 hours, and the NC 9 adds a traction drive so you don't push at all.
The NC 4 costs $1,549. You're paying for the dust control, the two side brooms and a steel chassis built for daily use. Here's how it compares.
Same path, lowest price. The Powr-Flite PS320 also sweeps 32 inches and weighs just 24 lbs, for $1,254 less. It has no fan or filter, so it's the better pick for outdoor and light use.
Rough ground and big debris. The NaceCare NC 3 has twin rollers that grab nails, cans and leaves, a 26-inch path and two side brooms, for $754 less.
Big floors. The NaceCare NC 5 battery sweeper starts at $5,795. Compare them all in our floor sweepers collection, or call (855) 601-5678 and we'll help you choose.
NaceCare backs the NC 4 with a 10-year warranty on its polyethylene parts and 2 years on labor. We're an authorized NaceCare retailer, so the full NaceCare warranty comes with every machine. Found a lower price? Call or message us and we'll beat it.

No. It's a manual push sweeper. The wheels drive the brooms and the dust control fan as you walk, so there's nothing to charge or plug in.
A fan, turned by the wheels through belts, pulls air through a cartridge filter. Fine dust stays in the hopper instead of floating back into the room. Use the filter shaker before you empty the hopper to keep the airflow strong.
Dry debris like dust, sand, sawdust, gravel, paper, wrappers and small litter. It isn't made for wet leaves, mud or water.
Yes, on dry pavement, sidewalks and garages as well as indoor hard floors and carpet. Adjust the broom height for rough surfaces.
It depends on your pace, but a manual sweeper is a good fit for floors up to roughly 20,000 sq ft swept once a day. For bigger floors or sweeping every shift, look at the NC 5 or NC 9 battery sweepers.
The NC 4 has a wider 32-inch path and a fan and filter for dust control. The NC 3 is lighter and costs less, with twin rollers that handle nails, cans and leaves well, but it has no dust control.
NaceCare's 2025 US warranty chart covers its sweepers for 10 years on polyethylene parts and 2 years on labor.
