Stripping night usually means drums of stripper, box fans, rubber boots and a hallway nobody can walk through until morning. AkwaStrip pads strip floor finish with plain water. Your Orbot's orbit does the work the chemical used to do.
Orbot says that means no fans, boots, masks or ventilation, and a lot less slip risk than a flooded floor. There's also no stripper to buy, mix or dispose of.

How to Strip With AkwaStrip Pads
Test a small area first, especially on wood. Wet the floor lightly with water and work it in overlapping passes until the finish breaks down, flipping the pad when one side loads up. Pick up the residue with a SuperZorb pad or a wet vac, rinse, and let the floor dry before you recoat.
On a 14-inch or 17-inch machine, a weight kit adds head pressure for hard floor work. On 17-inch machines, the splash guard keeps baseboards and walls clean while you strip.
