Strip Floor Finish With Nothing but Water

AkwaStrip pads let your Orbot Micro strip wax and finish from small floor areas without chemical stripper. Wet the surface with plain water and the pad does the cutting. Orbot rates them for vinyl, VCT, linoleum, wood and safety tile.

That makes the Micro handy for the spots a big machine can't reach: vinyl stair treads, thresholds, corners and closets. Each 4.25 in pad works on both sides and covers about 1,000 to 2,000 sq ft, depending on the floor type and how much finish and soil is on it.

How to Use AkwaStrip Pads

Fit your Micro with its Velcro driver plates and press a pad onto each one. Wet the area with clean water and work it with light pressure until the finish lifts. Rinse the pads thoroughly with clean water after each use. On wood, we suggest testing a small hidden spot first.
