NaceCare NX1K LFP Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery (911948) for NX1K Floor Scrubbers

The NX1K (part 911948) is the battery inside NaceCare's NX1K floor scrubbers, from the 20-inch TBL 1120 walk-behind to the TVL 850 ride-on. It's a sealed 25.6 V, 50 Ah lithium iron phosphate (LFP) pack holding 1,280 Wh, and it weighs about 22 lbs.
NaceCare rates it for more than 4,000 charge cycles, which it puts at roughly 15 years of cleaning five days a week. There's no watering, no acid and no equalizing, and you can charge it whenever there's a break, whether it's nearly empty or half full. That's what makes a lunch-break top-up on a long route practical.
Most owners buy one for two reasons: to replace a battery on a machine they already run, or to add runtime. On the TBL 1120, the two-battery TBL 1120/100 costs $1,500 more than the one-battery /50, which is the price of this battery, and doubles the runtime from 2 hours to 4.
Every machine below runs on the same 911948 battery; the number in brackets is how many it holds. Click a model to see its page.

These are NaceCare's own figures from its 2026 Hard Floor Care brochure.
| Battery | Voltage | Weight | Charge Cycles | Warranty |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wet lead acid | 24 V | 70 lbs | 300 to 700 | 1 year max |
| NX300 lithium-ion | 36 V | 5 lbs | 2,500+ | 4 years |
| NX1K lithium iron phosphate | 25.6 V | 22 lbs | 4,000+ | 5 years |
The NX1K and the NX300 are not interchangeable. The NX300 is a small 36 V pack for NaceCare's NX vacuums and compact scrubbers like the TGB 817NX, while the NX1K is a 25.6 V pack for the larger NX1K machines. Charge the NX1K only with the Numatic charger built into your machine. Numatic warns that a different charger can damage the battery or start a fire, and it voids the warranty.
The NX1K is built for Numatic's own machines, and NaceCare backs it with a 5-year warranty under its 2025 US warranty chart. To start a claim, NaceCare needs a clear photo of the battery's serial number, so snap one when it arrives. We're an authorized NaceCare retailer, and found a lower price? No. The NX300 is a 36 V pack for NaceCare's NX vacuums and compact scrubbers such as the 220NX, 440NX, TGB 516NX and TGB 817NX. The NX1K is a 25.6 V battery for the larger NX1K scrubbers. They don't swap.
Inside the machine, with its built-in Numatic charger. NaceCare says you can charge it whenever it suits you, at any level. Numatic recommends a full charge after every use and an overnight charge at least once a month, and warns against any non-Numatic charger, which can damage the battery and voids the warranty.
NaceCare rates the NX1K for more than 4,000 charge cycles, which it puts at about 15 years of cleaning five days a week. Its 2025 US warranty chart gives the NX1K a 5-year warranty. Keep a clear photo of the serial number, because NaceCare needs it to start a claim.
NaceCare designed the NX1K so batteries can run in parallel, and that's how the two-battery TBL 1120/100 doubles the runtime of the /50. Each machine has a set number of battery slots, though, so tell us your model and serial number and we'll confirm with NaceCare what yours can take.
Numatic recommends a dry, level spot at 59 to 77 F (15 to 25 C), a full charge at least every 6 months on the shelf, and putting a new battery into service within 12 months of its manufacture date. Switch it off with the top button (hold for 6 seconds) before handling it.
