NaceCare Smart Kit Pre-Spray System for Carpet Extractors (K-8020280C)

Pre-spraying with a pump-up sprayer means mixing chemical in a bucket, guessing the dilution and refilling every few minutes. The NaceCare Smart Kit turns your extractor into its own pre-spray system: a hose and spray gun that run off the machine's pump, and a chemical dispenser that meters the product for you.
Because the chemical is injected after the pump, only clean water goes through the pump and nothing builds up inside it. You fill the solution tank with water and keep the chemical in its own bottle.
Pre-spray. Turn the valve to pre-spray and work the gun over traffic lanes and spots before you extract.
Restorative. Full flow through the wand or spray bar for deep cleaning.
Maintenance. Low flow for interim cleaning, so carpets dry faster. The kit includes low-moisture jets: 3 green for the 3-jet wand and 1 yellow for the plastic hand tool.
That low-moisture mode is a real reason to buy it. Interim cleaning between deep cleans keeps carpet looking good for longer, and offices reopen sooner.

Buying one of these machines new? Each page sells it with the Smart Kit as a package for the same price as buying both. The AVB 9X manual also mentions the Smart Kit as an option, so call us before ordering for that machine.
Not sure which one fits your machine? Send us the model, or call (855) 601-5678, and we'll check it for you.
If your machine already has the mounting bracket, the install takes a socket wrench, an Allen key and a screwdriver. If yours doesn't have the bracket, you'll drill through the top tank and fit two rivets, with a washer held inside the tank. That needs a rivet gun, a drill and a 1/8-inch bit, and some patience. The installation guide below shows every step with photos, so look at it before you order.
NaceCare also sells a low-moisture spray bar (8020285) and a full bracket kit (8020283) separately. Ask us if you need either.

It turns your extractor into its own pre-spray system. A gun and hose run off the machine's pump, and a dispenser meters chemical straight from the bottle, so there's no mixing and the dilution is always the same.
No. The chemical is injected after the pump, so only clean water passes through it and nothing builds up inside.
NaceCare lists it for the TP 18SX box extractor and the AV 12QX, AV 18SX and AV 18AX walk-behinds. The AVB 9X manual mentions it as an option too, so call us before ordering for that machine.
If the machine already has the mounting bracket, it takes a socket wrench, an Allen key and a screwdriver. Without the bracket, you'll need to drill the top tank and fit two rivets. The installation guide on this page shows every step.
