The brush you fit decides what your Orbot Micro can clean. Orbot makes four grades, from a flagged-bristle brush soft enough for leather to a stiff black brush for grout lines. Each set has two brushes, one for each head.
Because the Micro's heads orbit instead of spinning, the bristles knead soil loose the way a hand brush does. You get the scrubbing without the burn marks, swirls or frayed fibers a rotary tool can leave.

How to Fit and Care for Your Micro Brushes
Unplug your Micro and lay it head-up. Hold the counterweight nut with a flat wrench, then thread the brush on clockwise, hand tight only. Repeat on the other head. After each job, comb the loose fibers out of the bristles so they're ready for the next one. Brushes are wear items, so Orbot's warranty doesn't cover them.
Running pads instead? Your Micro also takes SuperZorb pads for low-moisture carpet cleaning and AkwaStrip pads for chemical-free stripping, both mounted on the Velcro pad driver plates.
