EDIC® Stair and Van Carpet Wand, 10" Stainless Steel Head, 30" Long, 1000 PSI #1035-110015FB
(855) 601-5678 · support@oneupcleaning.com
A 60 inch floor wand is the wrong tool on a staircase. You can't get the head flat on the tread without leaning over the rail, and in a van or an RV it hits the roof before it hits the carpet. The EDIC Stair and Van Carpet Wand is half the length: 30 inches overall with a 10 inch winged head, light enough at 4.5 lbs to work one-handed on a tread while you hold the rail with the other.
It's built like EDIC's full-size Glidemaster wands: corrosion-resistant stainless steel, a 1.5 inch vacuum tube that fits EDIC hoses, a female quick disconnect for the solution line, and a 1000 PSI pressure rating. The insulated grab handle stays cool with a heated machine, and the winged head improves suction and keeps spray off the walls and risers.
Use it on carpeted stairs and landings, van and truck floors, cargo areas, RV and boat carpet, closets, and the spaces under desks and between seating that a full wand can't reach.
Fits EDIC portables with a 1.5 inch vacuum hose and quick-connect solution line: the Galaxy 5, Galaxy 2000, Galaxy Pro 2700, the Polaris and Supernova in hose mode, the Endeavor, and the Galaxy automotive extractors.
Spray tip: 110015, the same size as the 100 to 250 PSI Glidemaster dual jet. On a 500 PSI machine it sprays heavier, so turn the pressure down or make quicker passes.
The wand comes without a hose. Use the hose assembly that came with your machine or kit.
Three tools for the jobs a floor wand can't do:
Stair and van wand, this page ($253): 30 inch, 10 inch head. For stair treads, vehicle floors and tight carpet you can stand over.
Glidemaster 10" single jet ($266): full 60 inch length with the same 10 inch head width. For closets, hallways and small rooms where you can walk backward.
Upholstery tool: a small hand tool for chairs, sofas and seats. For fabric rather than carpet. Message us and we'll match one to your machine.

Carpet a full-length wand can't reach comfortably: stair treads and landings, van and truck floors, cargo areas, RV and boat carpet, closets and under desks. At 30 inches you can hold it one-handed and keep the head flat on a tread.
EDIC portable extractors with a 1.5 inch vacuum hose and a quick-connect solution line: the Galaxy 5, Galaxy 2000, Galaxy Pro 2700, Endeavor and the Galaxy automotive extractors, plus the Polaris and Supernova in hose mode. EDIC shows it working on a Supernova.
No. It connects to the hose assembly that came with your machine or hose and wand kit.
It's rated to 1000 PSI and uses a 110015 spray tip, the same size as the Glidemaster dual jet for 100 to 250 PSI machines. At 500 PSI it sprays heavier, so turn the pressure down or move a little faster.
Use the stair wand on carpet: stairs, floors and vehicle carpet. Use an upholstery tool on fabric: chairs, sofas and seats, where a smaller head and gentler spray protect the material.
The spec table on EDIC's own page shows 12 in wide, 36 in long and 13 lb, which conflicts with EDIC's feature list on the same page and with every dealer listing (10 in head, 30 in long, 4.5 lb wand, 7.5 lb shipping). We list the 10 in and 30 in figures.
